That's never a term I thought I'd apply to Benedict Cumberbatch, but after seeing this link on sarren's LJ, I WILL HAVE TO REVISE MY THINKING ON THIS ISSUE. I kind of love that there's a touch of the boiled lobster about him (though it may just be the colour balance on these particular photos) - I wouldn't think he'd tan terribly well.
